Workspaces and members
A workspace holds a team's games, folders, settings and balance. Invite the people you work with and give each one a role: editors make games, developers publish them, analysts watch the numbers.
Your workspaces
Signing up makes your first workspace. Click its name at the top of the sidebar to:
- Switch to another workspace you belong to.
- Make a New workspace. It gets its own games, members, settings and 7-day trial.
- Open Workspace settings.
To rename a workspace, go to SettingsGeneral. Owners and Admins can rename it.
Invite people
Press Invite
It is in the top bar, or in SettingsMembers as Invite members.
Add their email addresses
Type or paste up to 20 addresses at once.
Pick their role
One role for everyone in this invite. It starts on Editor.
Press Send invites
Each person gets an email with Accept invitation. If an email can't be sent, Studio gives you a link to send them yourself.
Invitations work for 7 days. People join by signing in or creating an account with the invited email address.
Pending invitations
They are listed in SettingsMembers under Pending invitations. From a row's menu:
- Copy new link makes a fresh link that works for 7 more days, and emails it again. The old link stops working.
- Revoke invitation cancels it.
Pending invitations take a seat until they're accepted or revoked.

- Owners can give any role. Admins can give any role except Owner.
- Only an Owner can change or remove another Owner. Nobody can change their own role.
- A workspace always has at least one Owner.
- Role changes take effect at once, for connected AI assistants too.
Change a role
In SettingsMembers, change it in the Role column, or choose Change role from the row's menu.
Remove someone
In SettingsMembers, open the row's menu and choose Remove from workspace. They lose access to the workspace and its games, and any AI assistants or keys they connected there stop working. Games they made stay.
Leave a workspace
Go to SettingsGeneral and press Leave under Leave workspace. You can't leave your only workspace, and the last Owner must make someone else an Owner first.
Seats
The Individual plan has one seat. The Team plan includes one member and adds more for $19 a month each. During the trial you can invite as many people as you like. See Plans and trial.
Delete a workspace
Owners can delete a workspace from SettingsGeneral, under Delete workspace, by typing its name to confirm. Its games, folders, fonts and settings are deleted, live games disappear from your sites, and any paid plan ends at once. This can't be undone.
