Puzzles and content

For 22 game types, the puzzles can be your own: the word of the day, the hidden words, the trivia questions, the picture. Ask the chat to write them, or write and fix them yourself in the Editor.

Where puzzles come from

Every game type gets its puzzles in one of four ways. Browse them all in the game library.

Ask the chat

The quickest way. In the game's chat:

  • "Make a puzzle about the Champions League final."
  • "Use these words: basil, oregano, thyme, sage, mint."
  • "Make the questions easier, for kids."
  • "Read this article and make a quiz about it: https://…"

Playgent Forge writes the puzzle in the game's exact format and checks it before saving. To change one particular puzzle, open it in the Editor first and press Ask the chat.

Write it in the Editor

Press Editor in the game's top bar. Each game has its own form:

Pictures

In picture games and on Trivia questions, press Add picture:

  • Search the web. Results show cropped the way the game shows them.
  • Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB.
  • Link to a picture on the web.

When Playgent Forge writes Trivia questions, it finds a picture for each one on its own. Searches are paid from the balance; uploads and links are free.

Which puzzle is playing

The Schedule decides which puzzle players get:

  • Pinned: the one pinned puzzle. Your first own puzzle becomes the pin.
  • Daily: your puzzle for that day, or Playgent's daily puzzle when you have none.
  • Random: a different puzzle on every visit.

See Daily games and the schedule.

Difficulty

Games with levels, such as Sudoku, Parcel or Solitaire, let you set the Starting level in Features. Players can still switch. For puzzles you write, ask the chat for easier or harder ones: "Use common words only", "Make it tricky".

Language

Game screens and Playgent's daily puzzles are in English. The chat answers in your language.

Puzzles go live with an update

New and changed puzzles reach players when you update the game: press Update, then Publish changes.
