Access keys
Most assistants sign in through your browser. For the ones that can't, such as assistants running on a server or your own scripts, make an access key. It works like a password that acts as you.
Make a key
Open MCP
Press MCP in Studio's sidebar.
Pick the assistant
Pick NanoClaw to use its Create key step. For anything else, pick Other assistant and press Create a key under Can't sign in through a browser?
Name it and create it
Name it after the assistant that will use it, then press Create key.
Copy it now
The key starts with
pgk_and is shown only once. Copy it into your assistant's settings.
Use a key
Your assistant sends the key with every request to the MCP server:
POST https://studio.playgent.com/mcp
Authorization: Bearer pgk_…Most assistants have a place for extra request headers next to the server address. Put the key there as shown.
What a key can do
- It acts as you, with your role in the workspace, at the moment it's used.
- It works in the workspace it was made in.
- It works until you remove it. If you leave the workspace, or are removed, it stops.
You can have up to 10 keys in each workspace.
Remove a key
In the MCP panel, under Connected, press Remove on the key and confirm. It stops working at once. Games made with it stay. Owners and Admins can remove anyone's keys.
